In the fifteen years I've lived in Inglewood, not once did I see a customer go into Inglewood Pizza. Not a soul, just two teenage dudes in aprons standing behind the counter looking bored. Whenever anyone would walk past, their faces would light up at the prospect of some customers, but as the people walked on, their faces slumped and they would go back to staring at their mounds of grated cheese and jalapenos.

Spring cleaning to me usually means that end of year bracket to try to redeem myself. Out goes all abandoned hobbies, unfinished projects and never-started new years resolutions - you know what I'm talking about; un-rolled yoga mats, non-refurbished chairs and cracked DIY ceramics - and in comes twelve tomato plants, a hose and a worm farm (that's ‘vermicompost', for those in the know).
